Refund Policy

Rallyra is in early access and currently charges nothing. Nothing on this page applies until paid plans launch, and the terms presented to you at checkout are the ones that govern your purchase.

When paid plans launch, payments are handled by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. That means Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction: Paddle issues the invoice, handles VAT, and processes any refund. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the sale alongside this policy.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because Rallyra is a digital service supplied immediately, starting to use a paid plan within that period may end that right; this is made clear at checkout.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically refund part of a period that has already started.

If Rallyra does not work as described and we cannot put it right in a reasonable time, ask us and we will refund you. That includes a plan that could not be delivered, a duplicate charge, and a charge after a cancellation took effect. We would rather refund a server that is not getting value than keep the money.

Email hello@rallyra.gg with the email address used at checkout and the invoice reference. Because Paddle is the seller of record, a request can also be made directly to Paddle at paddle.net. We aim to answer within a few working days.

Points, balances, and rewards inside a Discord server are a community feature with no monetary value. They are not currency, they cannot be redeemed for cash, and they are separate from any Rallyra subscription, so they are not part of a refund.
